Terms
Currently this is a small hobby website so we don't really have any terms and conditions. We reserve the right to eventually establish some and will e-mail you seeking agreement when we do.
We take no responsibility for missed opportunities due to missed e-mails. If our server breaks down etc SORRY we will try and get it fixed as soon as possible, but this is not currently a commercial service.
Every thirty minutes we will search each of your search options and send you an e-mail with up to 100 of the most recent matches. Due to hosting issues if your search results consistently produce large result sets we may deactivate your search (we will notify you). The aim of this system is not to log half of Twitter - just to capture sometimes useful searches.
Keep an eye on our Blog page (which is currently not really a blog) as we will use it to let you know when we do updates.

Privacy
As per the Terms this website is not a commercial entity so we don't have a complex Privacy Policy. This may change, it may have to legally - no doubt the British Government has some laws that they monitor when they aren't watching you on CCTV.
At the moment we store your e-mail address and password (encrypted) in our database. We will probably add IP addresses and the like soon. We use Google Analytics to track visits - God knows what they store.
We will e-mail when this Privacy Policy is updated with some legalese! We will e-mail when our Terms & Conditions change. We will e-mail alerts. Other than that we wont e-mail you with anything else, no offers from friends etc etc etc.
We do reserve the right to put a small ad at the bottom of our alerts - we probably wont - but we reserve the right to do so.
All alerts will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
We hate spam and are very protective of our own data. We will treat yours as we would expect ours to be treated.
